This is a fairly old book (1980s), but a good one! I particularly like the chapter discussing cooking for camping trips. It even provides a (very) complete checklist for your camping kitchen kit. This is great since food preparation is at least 50% of most camping adventures!

In the past, almost 99% of my camp cooking was done on my Coleman stove. Now, I'm doing at least 75% of my cooking over the camp fire and in dutch ovens, and having a great time doing it!
