Usually history of organizations tend to very dry. They are either complimentary or a slam. This is well balanced account of an organization that attempted turn back the clock and resurrect Boston of an earlier era. There are villains, heroes, and the indifferent. All in all, fascinating with insights to the 21st century battles.
