I got this book for my mother, since my aunt had left her fainting goat here and expected us to take care of it. The book has a lot of information, covering many different areas.

The book is interesting if you are just wanting to read about goats, and is very helpful if you are needing to learn how to care for one. There are color pictures of different breeds of goats, and it covers collars, harnesses, shelters, milking, how to train them - mostly for a pack animal - and so much more.

It is well-written and very interesting. You get the best of both - educational and entertaining.
