Two brothers have unprotected sex with a messed up young woman who work at their office. She disappears and of course they don't think twice about her because they are jerks. Turns out she was pregnant and, going off the deep end, abandons her baby on one of the brother's doorstep with a note saying its his child.

So her twin sister poses as her and tries to get the baby back.
