This book is more targeted towards the teenage population but is a very good book. I was still able to follow along pretty well.

The "Raise the Flag" series is great for teenage girls. Dealing with tough life situations and learning to turn to God is the core of the series.
"B is for Bad" is about the resident smart girl/feminist. It's so neat to see the way the character matures through the book and comes through it wiser and with a more open mind.
Light easy reading to engage and make one think.
