Wow - what a wonderfully detailed book explaining the Macrobiotic way of life. This is a must have for anyone interested in Macrobiotics, especially for those just getting started like me. Includes a lot of basic info about different types of food - since I'm also allergic to wheat products I really appreciated the info on different grains. Also some great recipes that I never would have tried before but now really enjoy.
