While most purity books tend to focus on why you shouldn't have sex, this book focuses on the importance of living your life fully devoted to Christ who will help you maintain your purity. Leslie Lundy gives personal accounts of how she found her true Prince (Jesus) who in time granted her with the desire of her heart to marry. She is open about how she had to reach the point to discover why purity is so important and encourages young women how to live set-apart for Christ.

Touching, convicting, encouraging and enjoyable.

This book has been life-changing for so many girls! I love this book and am a huge fan of Eric and Leslie Ludy!! I would recommend this book for older girls (15 and up) considering Leslie writes of her public school years, where she saved only her technical virginity.

This book focuses a lot on spiritual life, but offers much practical wisdom also. Leslie challenges girls to take the call of God to be set apart for HIM, seriously.

This is a fine devotional book if ever so slightly simple. That can be a good thing, though. I would especially suggest this devotional for younger girls--middle school through college age. It is meant for that age group and the writing style and level of diction is certainly perfect for that younger generation.
This book is good for building self esteem and confidence when it comes to love, relationships, and the mingling of christian concepts with secular romance.

If you know any girl (although this is aimed at younger women, it is equally relevant for older women as well) who are struggeling with what faith in Christ means you will be blessed by Leslie Ludy! Her and her husband Eric write books on having a personal realtionship with Christ! This book explains in a relavent and modern manner how to develop a romantic and personal relationship (since we, as the church, are the bride of Christ)... This book also expresses how the society we live in views "beauty" and how that is not the picture of "beauty" God intended... Strongly recommend this book (and any of Eric or Lesley's other books) to anyone who would like to have an intimate, personal relatioship with Christ and view theirselves in that light!
