This is the 12th book in the Attack on Titan series. I have to admit this series is starting to loose me a bit. The story is just moving so slowly. At the end of volume 11 I was hoping that we were going to see some interesting things in volume 12 and some mysteries would be revealed....nope not gonna happen.

This volume is again kind of a giant fight scene. The illustration is well done and the fight scenes are easy to follow.

The Survey Corps are fighting to get Eren and others back from the traitorous soldiers turned Titans. A large battle ensues. Not a whole lot moves forward or is revealed.

The biggest reveal is probably what's going on with Krista and Ymir; Ymir finally reveals the purpose of her rabid protection of Krista.

Overall this a decent continuation of the series. However, it's getting a bit stagnant for me; lots of similar huge battles over and over. I want more progress in the storyline and if I don't get that in the next few volumes I'll probably stop reading the series.
