I DNR'd it after the first couple chapters. It was just not for me. Very silly set-up (and I love an absurd set up!) and it was just to teeny-bopper for my taste.

I had a lot of fun reading this book. The characters really stood out and their banter and witty comments were very entertaining. In addition, there is a mystery needing to be solved, magical creatures and a blooming romance. Quite a lot going on but it is put together rather well. There was some overboard silliness throughout the book but it didn't make the book less enjoyable. The way it ended, it looks like there will be another book to follow. I will happily grab it up and join them on their next adventure.

I picked this book up on a whim and decided to give it a try. Oh this is good. I love a book that makes you want to stay up all night reading. Now I have to wait a whole year for the next installment
