Typical Griffin. (One of my all time favorite authors.) You simply cannot go wrong. If you possibly can, try to read his books in series- it's like meeting old, dear, friends.

As always Griffin is a good read. He seems to have researched the book well, and the dialogue moved along smoothly.
A political assassin is read to make his move. The police depts only clue is a single, perfectly typed bomb threat. And worse yet, the police aren't sure they can trust their own people. In a few short days, the corruption of one cop--and the madness of the assassin--could blow the whole city sky high.
