It has been very interesting reading and I am going to try the change in diet. It will be a little more difficult as my spouse and I are different blood types. The blood type diets recommended many opposite foods for our diets. This book does not have recipes in it but you will find some in the hardcover Blood Type Diet books. It does offer the listing of Super Beneficial, Beneficial, Neutral: Allowed Frequently, Neutral: Allowed Infrequently, as well as foods to Avoid. I was disappointed to find some food that I do so enjoy on the Avoid list but for the sake of feeling better I will miss them. So be prepared to give up some things you enjoy if you are willing to try this diet. According to the books it is truly meant to be more than a diet but encompasses what type of exercise is best, understanding of psychological aspects of your make up, and more. I am going to check out the recipes recommended on the Web site (www.dadamo.com). Will add more to my review after using diet to see if any changes are made...
