Regardie's classic presentation of a fundamental technique, the Middle Pillar. This meditation helps to balance body and mind, cultivating energy, health, equilibrium and insight. Marc Allen means well and has put together a nice little edition of Regardie's text, but beware of his encouragement to mix and match: stick with Regardie's own words for guidance and he will not lead you astray.
