This is a wonderful book! It is simple, fun to read, easy to use, and has gives you information about different ways to modify the 'basic' receipe to suit your tastes and food availability. This would be a great book to give to someone learning how to cook or even as a gift to someone who purchased (or is renting) their 1st home.
