Paranormal teen fiction by David Estes, and conclusion of the Evolution Trilogy (thank goodness). Human teenager Taylor Kingston goes through her own evolution to Archangel. Dionysis and the other council angels continue with their plan to wipe out demons and humans. There's a battle.
Really, skip this whole series. This series feels like a first effort, and really is sort of silly, and not that well written. The author's subsequent efforts are much better, The Dwellers Saga and the Country Saga.
