This author obviously put a lot of thought and study into this book. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has been part of her family tradition for a very long time. To be brief, you can cure (or control) what ails you by taking ACV. She goes through 109 issues and offers recipes to combat the problem. I appreciated the insight that ACV lasts eternally but only those opened and used in about 2 months taste mellow (after 2 months opened, the taste gets sharper). This was really important to learn because I often forget the ACV for months and then can't understand why it tastes so much more bitter than before).

Then, the author goes through ACV's benefits, side effects, and a few recipes. It is good that she's a confirmed user because it comes across that the author knows what she's talking about. I have to say, that (essentially) the same recipe is used for virtually everything. That's not bad, it just shows that it doesn't require fancy formulations to get results.
