Great insight into the life of Julia Child. I grew up watching her and reading this book gave me a good idea of who she really was.

An outstanding biography of a remarkable woman. The research that went into this book, over five years, is apparent on every page. Julia McWilliams Child was a remarkable woman, so much more than the fun tv personality. A must read for all foodies as well as those curious about the lives of those who rise above.
