Luke Nolan has spent years on death row accused of a crime he didn't commit. Judgement Day has finally arrived for Luke and he is determined to face it stoically. Until a violent explosion rips through the high tech facility and Luke is given a chance to face Another Dawn...in another time!

Luke and the doctor at his execution are thrown back in time to 1891 and the mining town of Redemption, Colorado. A woman awakens after an explosion with no memory of who she is or why she is with a priest. She wears a bracelet bearing the name Sofie, but that is all she knows about herself. Where is she? And who is the handsome Father Salazar? And will her memory ever return?

This book was amazing! It is both passionate and poignant. If you like Sharon Sala's Jackson Rule you have got to read this one. The hero is blamed and sentence to death for a murder he did not committ. He loses everything. They meet at his execution and feel an immediate connection. Soemthing goes wrong and they are thrown back in time. There she loses her memory and he is mistaken for a priest. Talk about issues. You can almost smell the underlying hunger between the characters. And the end...it gets even better!
