Richard Jury must find a killer.
A classic who-dun-it with Richard Jury and all the gang a really good read. It isn't even necessary to have read the others each Jury book is great on its own.
Modern English murder mystery. Third in the series with Scotland Yard Inspector Richard Jury. Better than previous ones in the series because it has even more hysterical characters introduced.
Grimes books move quickly from deadly crime committed to a considerable cast of characters who all have a possible connection to the victim or the location of the crime. I find it interesting that in addition to the adult characters, I am discovering that
the author also introduces a clever young person or child into the mix. Having read
three Grimes books in a row, I'm beginning to see several interesting and pleasing
patterns in her subject matter which helps to make the reader more involved with
her stories and her characters as they develop from book to book. Good, light mysteries with nice character development, nevertheless.

Really enjoy Martha Grimes books and the characters.
Another Richard Jury treat!!
