The heroine, Angelina, is young and thinks that money will solve all of her problems and make her happy. She meets a man, Rake, who has seen much of the world and tries to tell her otherwise but realizes she will need to discover this on her own. The story begins in the west and proceeds to New York and London on the run from Angelina's evil mother and her brothers. There are several intense sex scenes but I thought they were a bit more tame than some of Devine's other books. However, I thought the plot in this book was better than some of her other books. Overall, I thought Angel Eyes was a good book and worth the time to read and if you have enjoyed Thea Devine's books in the past it won't disappoint you. from Amazon.com

Not quite as good as most of hers, but plenty of hot sex.
