December 1975 the Lutz family moved into her new home on suburban Long Island. They thought it was the perfect home for their new family. Then strange things began to happen.
They learned that one year earlier, the family before them, The Defeos, had met their demise by the hands of their son Ronald Defeo Jr. who claimed that the house talked to him and told him to kill.
His claim was possession.
