Book 3 of a 3 book series. Each book can be
independently read. Book 1 introduces 3 friends. Each book involves one of the girls in a mystery/love story. I thought they were done well as I had a difficult time trying to decide who the bad person was.Book 3 is about Rachel. Rachael lived with her father helping to raise
her younger brothers. The boys are grown and her father remarried so she must find a place to live. She takes a job as a live in housekeeper for a wealthy elderly woman in her isolated mansion.

I liked the first two in the series, however this one could stand alone. It hardly had anything to do with the first two. AND there wasn't much "amish" in it, which I found disappointing. It was an attempt at cliff hanger, and everything wrapped up, not so neatly in the last five pages. It kept my interest, but not one of my favorites of Ms Perry.

Really enjoyed reading about Rachel & how she handled the issues put before her. She is a strong woman. Amish women are not usually portrayed as strong women so it pleasing to read about one who finds the way to happiness.
