jjares reviewed Amelia Earhart: Illustrated Biography for Children: The Inspiring Tale of the First Woman to Fly Solo Across the Atlantic (Illustrated Biographies for Children) on + 3413 more book reviews
This is a gushy, sappy review of Amelia Earhart's remarkable achievements. I cannot imagine a 6 to 12-year-old child would be enchanted. This style of writing was apropos in the 1930s.
The illustrations were better than the text. However, Amelia Earhart was a dirty blond, not with black hair.
