Intriguing, exciting and fast-paced --- true to the Ludlum style. Lots of twists and unexpected revelations. Had to sit in my garage and listen to the last of it on my car's CD player --- couldn't wait for the ending!

This novel is a good ole fashioned conspiracy/ action/ international thriller. Ambler Warning, is about a government (US) operative who has special abilities & can tell when you are lying to him. His services are so valuable that a nurse at the psychiatric ward, helps him escape. Hal (Ambler) begins to question who he is and why he got out. This audio cd kept my interest and the narration was excellent. Robert Ludlum (author) is no longer with us. He also wrote The Bourne Identity. So if you like that kind of action this is the book for you.
Started slow with too much data. Became more and more interesting with a build up for a great finale There were many twists but too many characters for my short attention span. I grew to enjoy it.
A great read!
