She Lived In The Sweet, Restless Torture Of A Smoldering Love

In the year since her husband's death, Lady Alinor Lemagne had felt too alone and frightened to think of herself as a woman. But from the moment darkly sensual Ian de Vipont entered her life, she became aware of her long starvation. Trapped in a maze of treacherous power plays and volatile liaisons, Alinor found herself irresistibly drawn to the fine young knight with violence and passion lurking in his black eyes. Amid the bloody battlegrounds of France and England and the pagentry of the royal court, Alinor was willing to risk everything to savor the intoxicating, breathless passion of the man whose forbidden love promised her only pain and peril.
