Chopra has a excellent grasp of what it takes to acheive a aura of agelessness. His argument that the effects of ageing grow out of our beliefs not out of the mere passing of days and hours challanges his readers to take control of their beliefs and actions.

Deepak Chopra is Great. I did not read this book because I got it on tape. I plan on collecting everything that I can find of Chopra's and Wayne Dyer's. I listen to my books while I quilt.
