I think Martin should stop this series. The characters and storyline are getting lamer. There were many incidents where they were such a stretch. Amy pretty much got by with dumb luck and for a professional I don't see why Johnnie would have allowed half the stuff she involved herself in. The fact that she put herself in this situations despite her lack of experience pretty much proves what an idiot she was. I did a lot of skim reading to finish the book.
Not worthwhile, kind of boring, had to force myself to finish it.

Page turning enough to have me looking for the rest of the series. The innocent kindergarden teacher as stripper was a stretch, but made for a good story and a noble hero. Nice level of action and rescue.

I've read all of Kat Martin's "Against series" and they have all been excellent books.

good story.
I enjoyed it very much, and I wish I could get #6 because I like to read them in order. I have book # 8 but I'm waiting on the others before I read it.
the book was fine

soft porn-predictable- easy read for a night's entertainment
I'm reading this series in order and number five was just as good as 1-4. I look forward to reading the other books in this series. Martin's characters become friends that you can't wait to see again.
