This book was an interesting glimpse into the life of an Australian teenage male. His lifestyle is so different even from the typical American surfer (most of whom are posers, sorry, but true!). Worth reading, especially if you are the type of person like me, who has grown up by the sea and can't imagine living anywhere else...or, if you wish you had.
Good casual easy read.
