I enjoyed the book, but I felt the same points were just pounded home relentlessly, without any additional information. I believe in the premise of the book that we are addicted to all sorts of bad things that continue to escalate as we get each "fix." I would have like the book to have more information to back up the premise, but part of the problem at this point is that it has not been treated as a problem, so there is not data specifically supporting the premise.

I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone who suspects that you are addicted to anything in your life.
