The jury is certain and so is the DA's office. They have the murderer and he is safely incarcerated. But then another murder occurs - and they begin to doubt the verdict. Assistant DA Marty Nickerson is an interesting character with moral courage and grit.
great story and suspense!
Really like this author and her characters -- the legal details are authentic, as are the situations, and, even though you may not like some of the decisions the attorneys make, they're realistic. I will definitely read as many of Connors' books as I can!
