The first book 'Beneath' was a pretty good book, these are for ages 9-15, but this one? maybe because it took so long for it to come out that I have forgotten the main story so this one just didn't make any sense at all
so this is a case of you have to read the first one then you might want to read this one while it is fresh in your mind or you won't know what is going on
sorry to give it only 1* but I just don't think it deserves more unless you read these two books together
