I found this much more informative and helpful than Driven to Distraction. By the time I got around to reading about the subject I knew the facts, but wanted ideas of how to live with it. this is the book for that.

This is a great book on the topic of ADD dealing with the distraction that these children have to have help to overcome this.It offers advice for all ages.My child is a boy with ADHD that is now 10 and we have used this book in sev areas and things have helped.A big key is structure and routine.Also get involved with a CHAD group for support.
