This is a great book to get ideas from, but it is primarily focused towards the younger crowd.
One thing to keep in mind is that they've tried to create each tee with only one shirt, and it often makes the final product into a very tiny or short shirt. If you want something that covers a bit more, you can simply modify the shirt or use two shirts in matching or contrasting colors to get the look you want.

Lots of easy ideas, but the styles are definitely most appropriate for teenagers, probably the 12-17 age range.
