I have only been following this program a week and have already lost three pounds! I love the way it really only takes 8 minutes- I finish it while my cats are eating their breakfast! i have been following the food program/ watching what I eat too. He has written a very easy exercise program with great motivational reads as well. Can't wait to continue...

This book is mostly filler.. alot of success stories with pictures of people who have lost weight using Cruise's plan and then about 20 pages of exercises that you can do on alternate mornings in 8 minutes.
The book is pretty inspiring, if you are inspired by others success stories.

Not for people who are more than 30 lbs overweight. (Get his similar book for "Real Shapes Real Sizes" instead.) Must have exercise equipment to do the workout.

This book really did help me to lose some pounds working with what I had in my house. I didn't have to join a gym or buy any equipment! It is great because as a busy mom, I have very little time!
