I liked this book. Exercise is so hard to fit in and he truly helps you do it in 8 minutes a day. I have a problem with all or nothing syndrome. If I can't do it all like a 1 hour work out I don't do anything.
This way I have clear direction on how to do a little bit each day and at least I am doing something!
I also like that the exercises were these impossible iron man type ones that would be a real stretch for someone getting started to do.
The book has information on how to get started, how the exercise work and a great very do able diet plan that you grow hungry or be bored.
I give this book 5 stars. It has all you need to be successful and all the steps easily layed out for you.
