I've been an active martial artist and weight lifter for over 20 years. I've had my share of shoulder problems over the years. The recovery, and preventative maintenance exercises in this book are exactly the same things that my high-priced physical therapist from the University of Washington Sports Medicine Clinic recommends. It's really a shame that this book is out of print. It really is the best thing for shoulders.
