I was disappointed. Some of the recipes are mixed with sugar or brown sugar. For me, that defeats the purpose. However, I guess if you are going to just cut sugar, then I suppose it is great!

And I'm not just giving up on Splenda -- went out and bought a bigger book of recipes. There are lots without sugar, too.
