This book actually isn't as quacky as it sounds. It is like the South Beach Diet in that it helps regulate blood sugar to eliminate unhealthy cravings--in five days. It won't zap all of your weight overnight but definitely will eliminate the cravings in a short time period- and that is half the battle.
