What I found there were people who have an insatiable appetite for knowledge of the West and who, in the past, had never been interested in a confrontation with America. During the Cold War, Russians were just as scared of America as Americans were of Russia. Obviously, not all my experiences are recounted here, but mainly the ones that display the realization of living in Siberia and those that demonstrate the mentality and culture of the Russian people.
