I've read both books, and the other is more of a semi-detailed list, which I remember being very impressed with this one, from the standpoint of working on your beliefs about yourself and what's possible for you.
I didn't realize it had the same ISBN as "37 Secrets" or was listed wrong, yet I think that might be a gift for you in disguise, if you get this one!
