The book has chapters on vegetable Main Dishes (a bit exotic at times), Soups/stews (some international which I liked, although it calls for things like chicken broth, which I found unacceptable in a veggie cookbook), Beans (some interesting additives), Pasta, Salads, Rice & Grains, Stuffed/Wrapped/Rolled (my favorite chapter), Egg dishes, Sandwiches, Vegetables and Salsas from around the world. So it has a good representation of international foods, an O-binding for easy flat reading, a washable cover, but NO PHOTOS.

Excellent, easy recipes. Especially good for a new vegetarian. Spiral binding makes it easy to use. Another winner from this company.
