this is a classic! if you love chicken, you'll be thrilled with it. most of the recipes are fairly simple and quick.

This book offers new and easy ways to prepare chicken. Easy enough for my teens to make the entreesand tasty enough for company. Our family favorite is "chicken ala Nancy". I had to keep my copy, rather than "swap".
Even though a year of chicken would be a bit much for me, I think this would be a nice gift for a new cook - nice selection of recipes, and all pretty easy to prepare.
This is a great book. I ordered one as a gift for a friend, and was so pleased with it that I ordered a second one to keep. The recipes are simple, and all that we have tried have turned out well.
Unused book. It was a gift, but I use another cook book in the same style by the same author frequently.
