There are several problems with this cookbook.

1) Some of the recipes are not compliant with the 30-day Whole Foods diet.
2) You will need an Instant Pot for many of the recipes.
3) What size Crockpot is used? Some of these recipes appear to yield small amounts of finished food, so what size pot do you need?
4) The proofreading and editing were not enough.
5) Many recipes were uninspiring (e.g., Turnips and Sauce).
