This would make a great gift to someone's who is recuperating! I didn't have the need to use it, but it is packed with information and tips on how to reduce pain, get rid of boredom, and deal with the sadness that a 'patient' may have when dealing with a serious medical problem, or while getting better from an accident or surgery. Very useful!
