This book was not as I had hoped for. The clues were basically common sense type things we have all thought of. Having the feeling like you have been there before. Nothing to make you really stop and think.

This book gives some thought simulations that allow the reader to pursue areas of interest that may have been past lives/environments. In my humble opinion, there is just too much emphasis on persons who do/perform historical reenactments. I think the book has merit and you can get use form the book. I would also just warn prospective readers that this book cannot tell you who you were in a past life. It does however, give you interesting things to think about and pursue for yourself as you go forward in your life. It can be used to help you in your spiritual growth as long as you don't think of it as a metaphysical "Easy button".
