This book has the same premise as Zack by Cheyenne McCray. Hero loved and betrayed the heroine only to reappear years later to make it all better. I only know this because I just read Zack and didn't like it at all. So when I picked this up as the next book to read, I actually put it back down and read something else but I needed a "Q" author for a challenge so picked it up again and I'm glad I did. It's a wonderful story - the romance is touching and the danger is real.

I think the greatest difference between Zack and Seducing the Moon is the chemistry between the hero and heroine. In Zack, chemistry was totally lacking which made for a tough read. There is great chemistry between Declan and Pelicia and you feel their emotions, frustrations and need. His werewolf senses tell him when she is aroused so no matter her denials, he knows she wants him. To protect her heart, Pelicia fights the attraction but Declan's just so sincere that she relents little by little.

Ryder and Taite (hero/heroine from Daring the Moon) play an important role in this book too. They are fun characters and it was great to get an update on what's been happening to them since Daring ended. Declan and Ryder's friend Sully appears in this one and is the hero in Taming the Moon.
