Mr. Sargents book provides an interesting look into the realm of contacting and working with your Guardian Angel. He supplies a series of exercises and meditations designed to assist you in making contact and building a relationship with your Guardian Angel. He gives sound common sense advice geared toward a nurturing relationship with your Angel.
This book deals not only with meeting your Angel, but also with what to expect from your Angel, removing obstacles from your path, exercises for knowing yourself and examining your life, your Angel in your dreams, creative inspiration and much more.
I found his book to be an interesting and yet easy read and I would recommend it to anyone who wants not only to start working with their Guardian Angel, but to bring that relationship to the fullest.
