This story ran the gamut from depressing me to making me want to cheer. Madison Allen,a world reknown photographer,is living her happy life in New York city, and on assigmnents around the world. She has three children you want to hate from the first page. They seem to want nothing to do with her, and it breaks her heart, but she tries to let it not bother her. Hit a little too close to home for me.She has an accident, which causes her to reflect on her past, and to search out three men who she'd had relationships with after being divorced. But as in all romance novels, especially Danielle Steel's-along comes the white knight! And things are much happier in her life on all acounts by the end of the story. Danielle is back to being SO repetative in her writing again. It had stopped for a while, but I get bored reading the same statements over and over again.Maybe she needs to aim for a lesser page count.
