I have not yet read the book but the authors were on Marketplace (radio) today to flog it; it sounded interesting as donuts are supposedly especially lucrative just now. In Southern California the industry has come to be dominated by shops owned by Cambodian immigrants. Unfortunately, it is yet another line of business here that does not hire veterans of US military business.
