I read this book today. It is very well written and for me I see the books as a movie in my mind as I read and he details people, places and events so that it flows for me.
This was his first book. I will have to read more of his in the future. It caught my eye as 2 of my favorite authors recommended the book, Francine Rivers and Randy Alcorn.
It is a story of love from a young age but one of them is a Christian and refuses to be yolked with an unbeliever. I won't give the ending away. For me there were tears as well.
