Book four in the Honeychurch Hall series. An amusing cozy. However, I would suggest you start with the first one in order to "know" the characters. This installment starts with the estate readying for the annual Skirmish (English Civil War re-enactment) when a body is discovered. It appears to be the body of a long forgotten female with the Honeychurch crest on the dagger buried in her chest. Also, Iris has submitted her latest manuscript to her publisher, but it has never arrived. Kat is in the midst of hunting for the missing manuscript and solving the mysterious deaths of some of the townfolk. Very good!
